I found these images on fitfuel.com. Funny, isn’t it? One of my friends also gave me this kind of “engrish” not so long ago. Translation Fun, so called, often happens when a non-native speaker of language translates their language into English.

This thing reminds me of my ability in writing English. I’m an Indonesian, so my primary language is Bahasa Indonesia. Yes, I find difficulties in writing good English. What pops in your mind when someone asks you the meaning of “good English”? You probably think about grammatical rules, language structure, and universally accepted words, idioms or metaphors. I’m not a good writer either. I was never successful in getting good result in English. Poor me..

One thing I always do is keep reading and looking at English words or a small sentence everyday for at least some 30mins per day. I do not know if it is work for me. Well, I do hope so. One of my friends also suggests me to start by writing sentences with some words and put those into essays. I will try my best to write good English.. and for those of you have the same problem like me remember that learning is a never ending process.
