Try to quit on your own and then try outpatient therapy, and if neither of these works; you need rehab.
There are some people can simply make a committed effort to change, and quit on their own. It may take real determination to change the habits, and yes, it may not be easy. However, if you find that although you give a determined effort at sobriety, you find yourself once again using and abusing, it is time to consider getting help.

Alanis Morisette, the singer of the ‘Jagged Little Pill’, releases her new album “Flavors of Entanglement” after four years in ‘hibernation’. This album is produced by former Frou Frou member, Guy Sigsworth. In this album, Morisette combines her various musical interest from organic instruments to hip-hop beats.
